ROY WOOD, JR.
Creator & Host

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

JACQUELINE “JG”
Co-Host & Executive Producer

Writer. College Professor. Recovering (award-winning) television news producer. Small business owner. Film Newbie: Production Office Coordinator “A Day To Die” starring Bruce Willis. Perpetual learner. Traveler. Curious. Ms., not Mrs. Low key grammar snob. Jacqueline, not Jackie. Productive, not busy. Proud tree hugger. Guilty of not keeping her social media up to date (not an apology). Novice yogi, bird-watcher & foodie. Wandering yet not lost. Sophisticated fun.

RALPH “3rd”
Co-Host & Producer

Ralph Cooper's quick wit, infectious silliness, and double bass voice have captivated audiences from comedy clubs to fast food joints. The Morehouse College graduate launched his career in media at National Public Radio. Recognized for his quick wit, infectious silliness, and commanding baritone voice, Cooper ventured into stand-up comedy in 2005, touring clubs in the US and Canada. The Arsenal-supporting Gooner has been featured on Comedy Central, CBS, Sirius XM, and Washington Post. He is most proud of the fact that his family was named the "Coolest Black Family in America" by EBONY magazine.

@ROD4SHORT

Black People/White People-ologist Narado “@Rod4Short” Moore was born in Birmingham, Alabama to Barack and Michelle Obama. @Rod4Short is a triple threat: Comedian, drinker, and smoker. His hobbies include spreading the anti-Simp gospel, providing marriage counseling (to women only), and building model ships in bottles. He hosts his own podcast Uncle Rod’s Story Corner available wherever you get Roy’s Job Fair.

HAYAT
Booker & Producer

Hayat has spent her 13-year career within the content, marketing, and advertising space, working for global media companies. As a self-proclaimed content junkie, she enjoys indulging in news, politics, stand-up comedy, podcasts, books, and television. Atlanta, Handmaid's Tale, The Good Fight, The Daily Show, Succession, Grey's Anatomy...still, SVU marathons, and Married at First Sight, are just a few of her guilty pleasures.

TIARA
Producer

Tiara Darnell is a traveling audio maven—a producer, and story and tape editor creating award-winning content remotely from the places that inspire her. Her podcast greatest hits include NATAL, High, Good People, and Spotify’s breakout comedic podcast, Nosy Neighbors. Tiara is also a writer with words about cannabis and psychedelics, critical race theory (don't @ her!), entrepreneurs of color, and food and travel published in Vogue, Portland Monthly, Willamette Week, and more. When she's resting, she's probably cooking, hanging with friends, or booking her next trip.

RHONDA “Down South Georgia Girl”
Researcher

Rhonda is a forever Georgia Peach, Pastor Troy’s muse (not really, but let her have it), and always so fresh and so clean (clean). She has an affinity towards curiosity and randomness. You can find her on the internet going down rabbit holes of social media, internet searches, information, and research. In her spare time, she enjoys finding deals, listening to podcasts, audiobooks, and binging TV shows.
